My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had a lingering cigarette smell, which was a downside. The service, while mostly helpful, fell short in providing extras when needed. The location was decent, but a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was good but missed including complementary breakfast. Overall, a stay with some drawbacks but some redeeming qualities too.

After being moved to my room 5 or 6 days into my stay, I found it clean and comfortable, although there was a smell of cigarettes in the air.

The majority of the staff were extremely helpful, but I faced a refusal for extra chairs when I had visitors. However, one staff member in Room Service stood out positively.
